Mask Parade returns to the Halloween Trade Show.

Mask Parade joins the Halloween and Party Expo for the annual wholesale trade show. This year's show will takes place in New Orleans and will be held February 6th - 9th. Come join the fun and stay for Mardi Gras the following week.
